About the model… Rachel V. is Sigma’s Packaging Team Leader. She has been working at Sigma for 1 year and 7 months. Rachel’s job entails delegating tasks, ensuring there are enough products and supplies on hand, and training new hires. She also makes sure that everyone in the packaging department is on the same page in regards to how many orders need to be packaged and how many people need to be packaging. She says, “I love my job because I get to move around the building throughout the day and interact with great people!”
We asked Rachel what Sigma products she loves the most and this is what she had to say, “If I could marry a brush, it'd be the F84 - I love that thing! In my opinion, it combines the best of the F80 and the F82 to flawlessly apply foundation to every nook and cranny of the face. And I feel like I don't need to use very much foundation when I use this compared to other brushes. I like the E25 for traveling. I can get two uses out of it by using the edge to apply a darker shadow in my eyelid crease, and I then I use the flat side to sweep a lighter shadow across the rest of my eyelid. I like the F45 to apply bronzer to my face. It's sosoft and fluffy, I won't use anything else to apply bronzer.”
*Sigma products used for this look: Paris Palette, E55 eye shading brush, E45 small tapered blending brush, E20 short shader brush
STEPS:
- Before starting, prep the lid with an eye shadow base.
1. With the E55 brush, apply the shade Versailles to the inner 1/3 of the lid.
2. Using the other side of the E55 brush, blend out the shade Notre Dame to the outer half of the lid.
3. With a back-and-forth motion, take the E45 brush and the shade Elysees to blend out shadow along the outer part of the eye into the crease.
4. Apply a brown eyeliner pencil directly into the lash line and smudge out with the E20 brush. Using the E55 again, highlight the brow bone with Versailles.
5. Complete the look with a coat of mascara.
