Christine, also known as Xteeener, is a talented 25-year-old self-taught freelance makeup artist and beauty guru from Atlanta, Georgia. She has been sharing her inspiring tips and trends on YouTube since the fall of 2007, attracting several beauty enthusiasts from all around the world in the process.

Christine creates a wide variety of beauty videos, many of which are tutorials on how to achieve natural everyday makeup looks to more dramatic ones. Outside of making YouTube videos and blogging, she does freelance makeup for special occasions such as weddings and proms.“What I find most inspiring is when people feel beautiful inside; you can see the confidence and compassion they exude.”

When it comes to her personal makeup style, less is usually more; Christine is all about the fresh and effortless look, but also loves the occasional smokey eye.

Her most memorable experience she's had since joining the YouTube beauty community was being given the opportunity to go to Paris for the Sigma Paris Project.

Sigma Beauty: What was the most rewarding part about your trip to Paris?
Christine: I would have to say I really enjoyed the dinner cruise down the Seine because the view of the city as we toured down the river at night was so captivating. Another moment that really moved me was when we entered the courtyard of the Louvre. I could have stayed there for hours; there is nothing more rewarding than being caught in the moment.

Sigma Beauty: What did you like best about the city itself?
Christine:There is just something about Paris that when you're there, you can't help but feel overwhelmed by its beauty and grandeur. I appreciate that Paris is so full of history, hope, and passion. Also, I'm not going to lie the desserts/pastries are unforgettable.

Sigma Beauty: What did you learn from this experience/collaboration with Sigma?
Christine: I learned that time, patience, and dedication is invaluable to not only pull off a project like this, but to pull it off well.

Sigma Beauty: What was it like to learn about the process of how an eye shadow palette and eye shadow colors are created?
Christine: It was really interesting to see all of the different components of the palette slowly coming together. I am still excited and honored to have been a part of it.

Sigma Beauty: What is your favorite way to wear the eye shadow color that you created?
Christine: I love wearing it all over the lid whether paired with a soft or dramatic smokey eye.
